Metal Tube Bending Services
We perform one direction roll bending on small metal tubes made from all workable alloys (sized 0.020″ to 0.100″), including stainless steel hypodermic tubes in gauges 3 to 25. Bends as tight as three times the OD center line radius can be achieved, whether you need one or more single radius bends per part. Our multi-stage fabrication process produces clean, wrinkle-free bends with little OD/ID distortion.

Our engineering support team is available to assist you with the design and fabrication of small tubular parts made from all workable alloys. Metal Tube Cutting Services
Our unique shear cutting method creates square cut edges with minimal OD/ID distortion and no collapse, and because our process eliminates waste between cuts, our customers save up to 50% on material costs. In addition to Supported Shear Cutting, we also offer Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM), Electro-Chemical Grinding (ECG), and Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), and we're able to cut, bend, and end form tubes in one fabrication process.
Alloys, End Formations & Finishing Options
We cut, bend, and end form tubes from all workable alloys, including Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Titanium, Aluminum, Nickel, and a wide range of specialty metals. Most tube end formations can be accomplished during the tube cutting stage, including axial knurl, flange, flare, notch, slot, regular bevel, and more. Finishing options include tumbling, deburring, coating, ultrasonic, polish, anneal, plate, Harperize, and passivate, as well as grit, sand, and bead blasting.
